Phase III – Urea Cycle Disorders

Phase II – Hepatic Encephalopathy

The phase II study, named HALT-HE, is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of glycerol phenylbutyrate (HPN-100) in subjects with cirrhosis and episodic hepatic encephalopathy.
